We've received Code Red from one of our research laboratories on a distant planet, reporting a biological threat. The planet is in quarantine, the connection is lost, and none of the previously sent units have returned. It's time you come into play and show us that we made a right choice recruiting you.

Retrieve the data from the lab, and make sure that anything that was not meant to be there - ceases to be.

And remember, failure is not an option.

Centers of infection flare up with ulcers on the planet, in which the physical model of the familiar world changes. Finding a person within these limits is critical, and often simply impossible.

The military and scientists are trying to study the phenomenon. Around the foci there are cordons that protect the territory in an attempt to control it. "Sector 0" is one of the first such bursts and outputs of the anomaly that arose on the territory of Ukraine.

The exclusion zone is growing steadily gradually capturing new frontiers. The main characters in the new world are stalkers.

We hope you are not afraid of the dark, stranger. Because the last torch died in this dungeon a few centuries ago - and no one has entered it ever since. And by the looks of you, whatever lingers there, can find you very much to their appetite.

You are a brave one, to take on this journey. It will bring you glory, treasure, love - whatever it is you lack. If you make it back, that is.
